Hexafluoropropylene Oxide (HFPO) is a critical fluorinated intermediate and a cornerstone of high-performance perfluoroether manufacturing. As a key building block for perfluoropolyethers (PFPEs) and perfluoroelastomers (FFKM), HFPO enables the synthesis of materials with unparalleled resistance to extreme temperatures, aggressive chemicals, and oxidative environments. Targeting global industries, our HFPO serves as an essential raw material for manufacturers of specialty lubricants, high-end seals, and advanced coatings in sectors such as aerospace, semiconductors, and automotive.

This product is filled in steel cylinders or ISO TANK. The filling coefficient of the steel cylinders is 1.06kg/L. Labels and certificates of conformity are attached to the outside of the steel cylinders or transport tanks, indicating the brand name, trademark and batch number.
HFPO is mainly used to produce two types of high-performance materials:
Perfluoropolyethers (PFPE): High-performance lubricants.
Perfluoroelastomers (FFKM): Ultra-corrosion-resistant sealing materials.
The process involves two key steps:
1.HFPO is transformed into PMVE monomer.
2.PMVE is then copolymerized with tetrafluoroethylene (TFE) to form the new polymer material.
Self-polymerization: Forms PFPE oils (liquid lubricants).
Copolymerization with TFE: Produces FFKM rubbers (solid seals).
Its ability to enable precise molecular-level bonding creates materials that withstand extreme temperatures (300°C+) and harsh chemicals—unachievable with conventional materials.
Seals in semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
Lubricants for aerospace engines.
Corrosion-resistant components in chemical processing.
